Improv San Diego Proposes a Nationwide "Freeze" on Sat Feb 23rd. **UPDATED**

I also at first was unsure of the time differenc, here in California we have daylight savings. So I called a restaurant in New York, introduced myself then asked them to settle a bet in San Diego by telling me what time it was in New York! It was funny! Turns out that PST and EST have a three hour difference! LOL!

TIme has been changed to 6:15pm New York Time. This means in California it would be at 3:15pm, also allowing for our brothers and sisters in Hawaii to participate as well.

we are still trying to get enough people in this area. Iowa is so spread out and no one will want to travel with this mean winter weather we are having so we will see. I am going to go to UNI this week and put up a flier in the theatre department. I hope it works!

Where in SF is this going to be at? Powell Station? One of the huge malls maybe? It definitely needs to be a touristy spot

Just a thought, shouldn't this be done a common location? Such as a store that everyone has in their area? It would just seems a lot more organized and global than if every group did it's own random place. Like say everyone has a Wal*mart in their area, then every area group should do the five minute freeze in the Wal*mart in their area. Just a thought, maybe it doesn't matter.

so 9:15AM PST? We're going to have to be creative with locations that are busy enough to make it worth while if it's that early...unless you meant midnight... someone clarify? Eitherway, i'll post this in the Orange County group...we only have 25 members so far, but we're growing still and this would make an easy first mission to take part of. Thanks!
