Freeze Central Park on 2/23? Sheep Meadow?

NYers, any attempt to freeze in unison with the National freezers in SD & Dallas? I think it would need to be a hefty number, yet larger than the 207 of GC...
Sheep Meadow may be best as it has long sightlines, and we could insure there would be plenty of cameras present.
just trolling for interest, b/c there would need to be a saturated and thorough attendance...
