Or one other idea...maybe a bit controversial, but envolve the school for the blind in the prank. A protest put on by the blind infront of the wrong building.

for the last five years...ive ridden in the Rot rally parade through downtown. I note two years ago that a man on a scooter happened to run into the parade...He joined the parade and i rode next to him for several miles...he got quite a reaction, now imagine 50-100 scooters joining the parade. I know its a year away, but think it might be a good idea

Two Ideas to pitch:
1) Pronoia - "the sneaking hunch that others are conspiring behind your back to help you." - Fraser Clark

This is a term mentioned most recently by Jane McGonigal, who has been breaking a lot of new ground in the field of Alternate Reality Games, which are games that take place in the real world that cause people to do abnormal things in public for the sake of the game.

So what if we were to develop something big along the lines of a pronoia concept? It starts out with something as simple as a passerby sneaking a pen into your pocket right when you need it, but could end up with something of a larger scope involving multiple people stealthily helping one very clumsy person. This is a half-formed idea that we might be able to develop over time. A suggested theme behind this would be to instigate random acts of kindness in strangers because they saw some amazing acts of kindness and sychronicity that just went over the top.

2) Another more standard idea involves a loud annoying person screaming on a street corner about how clown-ninjas are out to get him. And then, a large black van drives by, and a team of masked people who look like clown ninjas get out and drag him into the van and drive off. There may be a way to utilize actors within the crowd around the person as well... but unclear on details for that, at this time. We'd also want to get a lot of mileage out of this one shot deal.

I love this art form! The latest is wonderful; turning a Little League game into a Pro-style event. I myself had wanted to do a low-key version of this stunt for years, but this was fabulous. Austin is a great place to be doing just this sort of thing. Talk about putting the weird back into Austin...

Hola, I've been keeping track of Improv Everywhere's exploits for a year now. Finally realized there was an Austin chapter so I thought I would join and see what sort of trouble was brewing.

Hey everybody! I was at the Farmers Market this morning but got there at 10:25 and when I walked over to the portopotties, no one was there. Waited a while then walked into the middle of the market thinking maybe at 10:55 it would happen but the appointed time came and went. I was super sad.
