Busy mall. When the elevator door opens, a crowd greets the people exiting the elevator with "Surprise", complete with hats, horns, cheering, and applause.

I like it. I really want to do an elevator mission.. We could also be inside the elevator waiting for the victim(s).

I'm in. It might be a good idea to find a couple of diiferent places close together since we'll get kicked out fast. Perhaps we could do some different places simultaneously depending on agent turnout. It should definitely be done flash mob style...
