Hollywood Movie Filmset Spoof!

I was thinking....what if, and the location is still up in the air on this (the grove? americana? 3rd st? busy burbank st? pasadena?, etc) anyways, what if we have someone w/ a megaphone and a berret hat and some shades (has to look like the director) shout out 'cut', 'action' every now and then as the other agents walk back n forth on a busy sidewalk.

the point of this prank is to make the passersby off guard and stop and wonder if there's really a movie being filmed where they're walking or standing...LOL!

I love the idea of just making people scratch their heads and make them clueless

OHHHH! we can also do this at the beach! do a BAYWATCH mock shoot! hahahah! tff! all the agents in their orange swimsuits standing on the look out ready to save lives w/ their orange lifesaverss (or boogie boards! hahah!) and binoculars (optional)

ohhh I was also thinking on the BAYWATCH LIFEGUARD spoof, some of the agents can disguise as regular folks swimming on the beach and shouts out 'cramp! help!' (on shallow water) and one of the agent lifeguards rushes w/their boogie board and saves the distressed agent beachgoer

I love the concept, but keep in mind yelling "help" on the beach could cause a problem with the real life guards. I like the street idea better. What if we had mock boom operators and lighting guys with those big reflecty thingys... whatever those are. This sounds like a lot of fun! Let's do it!

I have a megaphone, but only if I am the Director. I know the lingo too pretty much since I'm on set so much and after so many years. Also the light reflector things, you can just use white posterboard glued to stiff cardboard or posterboard on styrofoam board and use those and also use car windshield reflectors for them.

Also someone can hold an umbrella over the director, water bottle with straw, Kleenex girl blotting sweat from the hard working director, etc. But don't do it in the actual city of Hollywood, people have sticks up their asses and think they are all that there. You would have to really play your cards right and know where you can and can't film aka public and private property and sidewalks and all that.

Just my two cents and experience if that helps you guys a lot any.
