Sorry to burst all your bubbles, but the Michael Jackson thing is already fading, and buying into something already THIS overpublicized would be a total sellout for GuerilLA.. Something more creative would be to, say, do a tribute to Billy Mays, because it's getting less coverage and has WAY more potential to be funny. However, for those diehard fans out there, "Thrill The World Los Angeles" is still on for October (I'll be there, for sure). The event page on Facebook is here: http://www.facebook.com/home.php#/event.php?eid=94390347386 join it. Help organize/teach it. Or just learn the dance and show up. Let's make it BIG.
I got an idea....(we can either hold this at the 3rd St Promenade, The Grove or Americana), someone brings a boombox, pop in an MJ song (say, Beat It, Billie Jean, Thriller, whatever) and all the agents will be wearing white gloves and a piece of white cloth wrapped around an upper arm and as soon as the song begins, all agents look up the the agent playing the music and we all do the moonwalk or do some synchronize dance scene (after all, MJ is the embodiment of memorable dance moves; it's only fitting to tribute something dancey)
MJ shall be remembered for the incredible performer/singer that he is and not for his scandals.
