I say we set up a zoo, but as opposed to animals we "cage" stereotypical types of people in their "natural habitats" for onlookers to view.
We could have nerds playing WOW on laptops in one section, rich chicks getting mani-pedis from the "Zookeepers" in their cage, and hipsters taking angsty photographs of themselves in still another section.
We could set up placards with various stereotypical facts, and even have various little shows and demonstrations. :P
my input: have it on third street and have the "cages" outside of different stores like some toy nerds outside of puzzle zoo playing with toys, buff guys without shirts out side of abercrombie and fitch, and so on. maybe some dog cage like fences would work, and maybe a little "info plaque".
Good start - can you develop this idea a little more? For instance, where would we hold this, and how would that place add to the scene? What is the reason the zoo would exist (hypothetically, of course)? And finally, are you willing (with some help, of course) to build, transport, and assemble the cages for a lightning-quick set up and tear down?
