Wise Oompa Loompas

I was thinking that in a high traffic, yet closed, area ie Grand Central a few people act out things like being accused of cheating by your girlfriend, arguing with a friend, drinking, etc. in a convincing manner to draw people's attention; then a group of agents dressed in something that matches come out and sing/dance about the problem Oompa Loompa style.

So, for example, as the couple begins to argue loudly, the Oompa Loompas emerge and start to sing. Then the couple stop and get in on the choreography. Finally their problems are solved and they walk off happily holding hands thanking the Oompa Loompas for their help. Then, suddenly, the next person starts with his/her problem a little farther away...repeat a few times. Then everyone walks off like nothing happened.
***for dramatic effect, perhaps someone dressed as a real Oompa Loompa could walk by nonchalantly carrying a suitcase***
