Stepping Down - Prank
The scene is the steps of some official looking building. The event is a candidate for office stepping down due to scandal. The goal is to make the news.
We stage a press conference where the candiate for some silly office like "Salt Lake County Improvement Board" or other that does not exist announces that he is ending his bid for office due to the scandals that he says "have been all over the news" regarding.... whatever.
Agents show up as supporters, + a few hecklers who boo him, give him a hard time, etc.
