We could have 20 people block off a minor (but pedestrian filled) street. Convince people that we are filming the background for a coming TV series and invite random passerbys to join in. Have them walk past a camera several times.

1. Water gun fight- any day it's WARM in SF during the summer. Golden Gate Park maybe??

2. Target any restaurant that doesn't serve Chinese food and have a whole lot of people come in and ask if they could have chopsticks with their food, then walk away looking terribly disappointed when turned down. Keep doing this and see if we can eventually get the business to start carrying chopsticks.

3. Bubble party in the city. Everyone is required to bring their own bubbles.
