ok instead of being an ass, I just made the Google account for improvmentsociety@gmail.com. the calender is copied and public, the password is the same; so we should be good to go.

I don't mean to be a Nazi, but it is Improvment Society - not Improvement. Get it, it is a take on improv. Also, anyone with a Gmail account can add it as a public calender. Who is going to oversee it?

That's why I wanted to keep it simple with a calendar that everyone has equal access to and is used purely for the purpose of keeping track of dates.

sign out of your own google account first and then sign in as improvementsociety with the password seattletacoma it should work. I will check it out though.
