I think this would fun to do and really easy. It only requires six people and not much planning. I don't take the skytrain much, so I am not sure where the best station would be to do this?

as i mentioned to ries and alex tonight, i want to do this mission myself, but due to school on weekdays, i can't make it for any mornings
if there's anyone out there who wants to attempt an escalator hi 5 during a 4:00 pm rush hour, and can make it, let me know

Tomorrow morning 7 am meet at Tim Hortons 607 Dunsmuir. ask people to give you a high five to find the right people (you'll notice from the blank stare on people's faces incase they're not in. Anyone is welcome to join last minute, this should be go on as long as it lasts.

I would definitely prefer to do it next Monday at 7 am and can make the signs if you need. Do you think we should meet up earlier to make sure everything is set?

Hi haley, The facebook group has set it up for Tuesday and we have 5 people confirmed so far.
However if we can get a group together for Monday I wouldn't mind doing it twice! I'll be gone for the weekend so can't do any planning, but ur more then welcome to get people together, make signs and count me in!!
If we can't make it happen for next week then I'll be able to help out with stuff to do it next weekend.

Hey guys! hate to inform you so late but just got the cancellation from the facebook group for tomorrow.
They are planning it for Tuesday November 10th, 7:30 start at Granville Station instead. So if anyone's in for then please let me know.
I also want to book an alternative date for this so that this finnally can go down.
So I suggest if u want to join but can't make it on Tuesday next week let me know when u can next week and we'll sort out a date, I also would like to pull this off whether the facebook group is in or not. shouldn't be to hard to find 5 enthusiastic people, some signs and a camera and pull this one off. I have a camera and last that I have heard is that I'm still have some human presence form and I should be creative enough to put together some signs. so I guess 4 more people a date next week and we're off.

how though? there's no stairs at granville station... just 2 long, steep, trippy escalators
unless you're talking about the short escalator between the long one and the platform, but i dont think thats long enough, is it?
