I've sent a group message out. The reason I thought setting up a facebook group might help is people are more likely to see it without thinking about searching for it. directing them here from fb is a good idea :D

Claire just an idea .. were low on people over here isthere any way you could encourage those SERIOUS about doing stuff to sig up here (so we can filter out the serious from the peple wit only a passing interest .) I think from a recruitment perspective facebook could be useful but feel we need to reinvest interest back into this site /group whilst leaving facebook to do the recruitment (as this is a more specific discussion board ) Maybe title in the facebook page that suggests peplesign up here if theyre really committed to action (?).. Just an idea - Mat

I would love to be part of a group that does something like what has been done on the site here. There looks to be a large group for Londoners, and then another for people in Birmingham. Ideally I would like to organise something for Wolverhampton because I know that city the best, but Birmingham or Coventry could work too. Is there anyone around here who would like to take part in something?
