And yes, we can take peoples pictures, as long as we dont "publically" distribute or use the images for anything other than private use. Think of it like... the paparazzi with a celebrity :)

Yeah yeah, the plan of this is to basically give them a flash of poparazzi for a minute or two, and then disappear. It doesnt matter if they give us autographs or not.
