What color underwear is your grandchild wearing today? What was your grandchild's first word that had more than 2 syllables? What was your grandchild's first palindrome? What is the name of the one player on your grandchild's soccer team who is worse than your grandchild? What 18th century philosopher does your grandchild most resemble? Why do your grandchildren dislike their own parents so much that they like you better?

Other awards: Best kitty mommy, Best Citizen, Biggest Chocoholic, OMG, the possibilities are endless!

Brainstorm

How about everyone gets signs and t-shirts that say "Worlds greatest grandma" on it, and send someone out to ask random women if they are a grandma. When the agent finally finds someone who actually is a grandma, he/she sounds an air horn, people flock around them with cameras/t-shirts/signs and scream about how she just won the prize for the worlds greatest grandma. Then the agent who was originally asking the lady if she was a grandma then asks some follow up question where she is disqualified by some ridiculous rule and everyone makes a super awkward scene. You can take this idea and repeat it for equally ridiculous, but not often used, titles such as, but not limited to: World greatest nephew, World zazziest fisherman, and moderately adequate father.
