The Xbox 360 Banned Commercial - Take II

On the 8th of June we had to cancell this mob since we were only 8 people attending.
So heres the second round.
(See below for details on the mob)

We agreed to reschedule on the 21st of June and to work hard so that we could all bring people along next time. After speaking with a few friends, by doing it in the evening I can bring at least 5 people and probably more.

In order to do this we had to relocate the event since the complex Desjardin will be closed.

So it'll be on St-Laurent during "TheMain Madness 2008" which will insure a huge public. For those of you who are unfammiliar with this event here's a short description :

"Every year since its establishment in 2000, the Société de développement du boulevard Saint-Laurent (SDBSL) continues to organize a huge open-air street fair between Sherbrooke and Mont-Royal. "

Launa will be creating an event on Facebook again, keep an eye open, advertise it a lot, make sure you will be there as well and we'll have a great event going

Now the surprise. We contacted a group of amateur photographers who usually meets in different events to take picture and compare them. They agreed to participate in this event by using it as the subject of their picture. Come, help make this a big event and we'll all get some great souvenir. If they find it interesting enough it might not be the last time they come.

THE GATHERING PLACE IS CORNER PRINCE-ARTHUR AND COLONIAL IN FRONT OF THE CLOTHE STORE "Ballon Blanc" AT 19H00 !!

We will be waiting at the gathering point for late comers up to 19H15.

Bring some friends along we are 40 confirmed so far it'll be a great event. Photographers have confirm their presence as well.

Alright, so the event on facebook has just been created. I've also asked other improv groups to either make me an admin so that I can message all members or to let their members know themselves. I am awaiting their replies.

Thats great news !!! add that to the 8 people we had last time plus my friends coming this time we are over 20 at the moment.

Some people are thinking of doing a smaller event before the 21st with flyers to recruit more for the Xbox commercial event. Stay tuned for the details on that as well.

Alright guys, I've got a bit of explaining to do. The truth is, a group of my friends had organized a get-together with a bunch of my other friends. Now I would have told you guys that I wasn't going to make it, but since I was the one who started it and I wanted it to succeed, I decide to just make it seem that there were as many people going as I could because people are more inclined to do something if they think that they're not going to be the only one there. People like to follow the crowd.

Sorry that I wasn't able to make it.

I'm going to advertise this event to all my friends and I'll try to bring as many people as I can. We need more people because even If I hadn't missed it, we still only would have had 9 people. Guys, make sure everyone knows about this and make sure that they are coming. Even if they say yes once, confirm it with them again later. For Facebook, we should send them a message a couple days before the event to remind them of it.
