I have sucky ideas too, I just keep them to myself and only post ones I think are worthy of the kind of things that NY does. I am, though, sick of hearing duck duck goose ideas and each of them kicks my inner child in the balls.

I wasn't elected to anything, of course, but I thought the thread would inspire, not inhibit. We have a lot of great minds here and I am just trying to squeeze the creative juices out of them.

That being said, I would love to know which guidelines you disagree with. Being arrested? Practicality? They are open to refinement too.

The 4 rules "ahem" Guidelines of "brainstorming.

1. Focus on quantity
2. No criticism
3. Unusual ideas are welcome
4. Combine and improve ideas

refining ideas are one thing but this choke hold you're trying to achieve would make Alex Faickney Osborn turn over in his grave.
