Special skills: Years of acting experience. I have a natural young soccer mom look so no one ever suspects me. And in the same respect my look gives me some leverage because everyone wants to help the young (and pregnant again) mom.

Wanda is easy: you just walk up to a place, stand there for a few minutes, then run when people spot you.

Crowd person means you notice the Waldo/Wanda (wherever he or she may be), then run after him/her.

Leader is pretty simple. You will be the person who notices and shouts at the Waldo/Wanda. you will also be the person who organizes your group at your location (I'll organize people getting there and times and all that), and you tell them when to go. This takes a little leadership. Obviously. heh.
